Description:
Concentrated thyme syrup produced using a dual-extraction process. One portion of thyme is extracted with water and another with ethanol. The resulting extracts are combined with sugar syrup. This production method captures different botanical components of thyme and gives the syrup its rich, concentrated thyme flavour and aroma.
