Shipping Coverage

We ship to selected countries worldwide using tracked shipping via Lithuanian Post.
If your country is not listed or you are placing a larger order, please contact us at shamanicdreamstore@gmail.com before ordering.

Processing & Delivery Times

Processing time: 1–3 business days
EEA countries: 1–3 weeks
Worldwide: 2–6 weeks

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, customs procedures, or peak periods.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost starts from as low as €2.30 and is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Free shipping, where available, may not apply to heavy or low-value items. If free shipping cannot be honored, we will contact you before shipping to offer an adjusted rate or a full refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the EEA, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Restricted Items

Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries.
For example, blue lotus products are prohibited in Latvia, Poland, Romania, and Russia.

If an ordered item cannot be shipped legally to the destination country, we will contact you and offer a refund for the affected item or the full order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordered products are legal in their country.

Latvia & Estonia

Customers in Latvia and Estonia can choose Omniva parcel locker delivery:

Latvia: €5
Estonia: €7.50

Standard postal shipping is also available but may be slower and less reliable for larger parcels.

Once an order has been shipped, delays caused by postal services or customs are outside our control. We are not responsible for delivery delays, customs holds, or failed delivery due to incorrect address details.
